Lately I've been building a conversational interface — figuring out how to make a website feel less like a catalog and more like a knowledgeable salesperson who happens to know everything in the warehouse.

A conversational shopping assistant in the spirit of Amazon's "alexa for shopping." The goal is to let customers describe what they actually need — a quiet highway tire for a long commute, something that will keep them on the road and not a tree lawn in the winter — and get a real recommendation instead of decoding treadwear scores and speed ratings to guess at the right pick.
